About The Position

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is a national leader in home medical equipment, specializing in ventilators, oxygen therapy, sleep apnea treatment, wound care, and diabetic solutions. We are seeking skilled and motivated Account Executives to join our team and help grow our business. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while earning top-tier rewards. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and growing referral relationships within hospitals, physician clinics, and other service areas. They will educate healthcare providers about Rotech's offerings, prospect and close new accounts within their assigned rural territory, and partner with the local team to ensure seamless service. Sales activity and territory trends will be reported to management, and in-person visits to referral sources are required. The role also includes attending an in-person Sales Academy.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent, required

Nice To Haves

Four year college degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred
Leadership Experience in other areas or fields
Proven Sales Performer – 2+ years in B2B or healthcare sales preferred however, new college graduates are welcome to apply.

Excellent Communicator – Ability to simplify complex topics and build trust
Willingness to Travel – Position requires in-person visits throughout your assigned rural territory
CRM Experience – Familiarity with sales platforms is a plus
Lift and carry office equipment at times

Responsibilities
