About The Position

This position is responsible for increasing sales and gross profit of the Patient Monitoring Product Portfolio within an assigned territory. The role involves executing an Annual Territory Sales Plan, collaborating with the Sales Manager on objectives, and managing customer relationships through CRM. The Account Executive will also gather market and competitive intelligence, coordinate clinical trial support, and utilize the Curbell Selling System to achieve sales targets. This includes building relationships, prospecting, closing deals, and performing cost-benefit analyses as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven results in business-to-business selling approach and Buyer Centric sales techniques.
  • Ability to proactively manage and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation and territory management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and SAP, or similar system.
  • Ability to effectively prepare and present information and negotiate with all levels of management including the C-Suite.
  • 60% travel required across assigned territory.
  • Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

  • Execution of Annual Territory Sales Plan.
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager to create specific annual objectives, including prospecting and closing targets and associated activities.
  • Conduct regular review of performance against plan with Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate the creation and administration of customer purchase agreements with Sales Manager.
  • Learn and execute fundamentals of CRM in order to: Record any/all customer interaction activities, Prepare and deliver customer quotations, Create and update customer specific Sales Opportunities in order to create and maintain a credible pipeline within assigned territory.
  • Facilitate and engage in key discussions with customers in order to gain a solid understanding of healthcare marketplace, delivery systems, competitive pressures, core needs, and other market factors that are critical to our business.
  • Facilitate and engage in key discussions with customers in order to gain a solid understanding of current and future needs as it relates to the product line and overall market.
  • Coordinate and perform required in-servicing needs of customer, prospect.
  • Learn and execute fundamentals of CSS in order to meet exceed Annual Territory Sales Plan.
  • Create and utilize Cost Benefit Analysis where needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
