About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization. You will serve as a key point of contact for prospects and clients and play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environments
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new clients through cold calling, networking, and industry research
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Handle the negotiation and closing process for new business deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
