About The Position

Metro Elevator RDU, Inc. ("Metro Elevator", "Metro") is searching for a highly motivated Account Executive responsible for both developing new business opportunities and managing existing customers. This role will drive revenue growth by proactively prospecting new accounts while strengthening relationships, retaining customers, and expanding services within current accounts. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable hunting for new opportunities and nurturing long-term client partnerships to maximize portfolio performance.

Requirements

• Ability to work dynamically and quickly in a team-oriented atmosphere
• Self-motivated and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Demonstrate strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to create relationships internally and externally
• Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing or related field
• A minimum of two (2) years of successful industry sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of the elevator industry

Responsibilities

• Prospect and negotiate service contracts through presentations and differing approaches
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing maintenance accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct regular customer touchpoints and site visits to strengthen relationships and proactively address concerns
• Partner with operations to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Meet aggressive service portfolio and repair growth targets in assigned territory
• Qualify and pursue new customer leads to generate reoccurring maintenance revenue within assigned territory
• Understand market conditions and customers to present tailored solutions to meet their needs
• Grasp product knowledge of elevators/escalators by partnering with operations and sales management and sell solutions to new and existing customers
• Manage opportunities and pipeline in Metro's sales tools and provide accurate forecasting
