About The Position

The Account Executive role at All-Stat Portable focuses on managing and supporting existing client accounts. This involves coordinating client meetings, tracking and following up on client needs, and acting as a liaison between customers and internal leadership teams. The role is centered on client retention and service, rather than new business development. All-Stat Portable has been providing mobile X-ray and EKG services since 1978, delivering high-quality bedside diagnostics to patients in skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, and private residences.

Requirements

  • Proven success in Account Executive, Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager roles
  • Strong ability to influence and present to stakeholders at all levels, including executives
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
  • Outstanding time management, organization, and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in LTC, SNF, or healthcare environments is a plus
