About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive new business growth and manage strategic client relationships across LATAM. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in technology services sales, integrations, SaaS, or ERP solutions who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in helping organizations modernize and automate their operations through Celigo iPaaS and related integration solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B technology services sales, SaaS sales, or integration solutions sales
  • Experience selling iPaaS, ERP, automation, or integration-related services strongly preferred
  • Understanding of business process automation and integration ecosystems is a plus
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business and technical acumen
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and contract closure
  • Understand client business challenges and position integration and automation solutions that deliver measurable value
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and delivery teams to support successful onboarding and implementation
  • Drive customer retention, renewals, and account expansion opportunities
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM platforms
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the lifecycle
