Position Overview: We are looking for the newest member of the Wilderness Medical Staffing team! The Account Executive's mission is to exceed our clients’ expectations by proactively assessing their staffing needs and efficiently filling their vacant jobs with excellent medical providers. Equally important, we need someone who will develop relationships and maintain high levels of trust a rapport with clients and medical providers.

Dedicated work-from-home space (quiet, private) free of other competing responsibilities at home during work hours.
Must have high-speed internet for video calls and daily job requirements.
This is a remote position. You must be a self-starter who is disciplined and able to manage a busy schedule without direct, in-person supervision.

Responsibilities

Efficiently fill vacant positions with excellent medical providers
Drive account growth by building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with healthcare facilities and providers
Ensure the integrity of our data by following processes and documentation protocols
Contribute to WMS’s strategic plan
Work cohesively with all of WMS’s departments
