About The Position

Connoisseur Media is hiring an Account Executive in Columbus, Nebraska, to sell marketing solutions—including radio, event, and digital products and services—to small and regional businesses and advertising agencies. The Account Executive will build and maintain strong client relationships and represent Connoisseur Media and its digital arm, Connrex Digital, in the marketplace. The role serves the Columbus radio cluster, including KJSK (900-AM), KKOT (93.5-FM), KLIR (101.1-FM), KTTT (1510-AM), and KZEN (100.3-FM), as well as Connrex Digital. Success requires motivation, a goal-oriented approach, prior sales experience, and the ability to conduct consultative conversations that generate and drive sales. Requirements

• A minimum of two years of sales experience.
• A proven track record of delivering strong and consistent sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
• Fully insured personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in building strategic presentations and dynamically presenting them to clients.
• Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Prior industry experience.
• Experience and background in B2B Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Use cold calling and networking to secure appointments.
• Contact business decision-makers persistently and focus on meeting client needs and goals.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service in a client-facing role.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Represent Connoisseur Media and Connrex Digital in the marketplace.
