About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team in the United States. This role will focus on developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities within the Brazilian technology market, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end sales cycles, collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions, and provide accurate sales forecasting.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B technology sales, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or related technology solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the Brazilian business landscape and local market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Brazilian technology market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver customized technology solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs and industry challenges.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
  • Provide regular sales forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding and post-sale experience to drive client satisfaction and retention.
