About The Position

Lead the sales journey for our clients by building strong partnerships, understanding their needs, and showcasing the value of ScalePad’s innovative solutions. You’ll receive the training and support needed to master our products and confidently demonstrate their capabilities. With your sharp market insight and go-to-market instincts, you’ll excel in our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful SaaS or B2B sales experience, with the ability to develop deep product expertise and leverage it to deliver consultative, value-driven solutions to customers.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, including positioning and advising on new products or features within existing offerings.
  • Experience applying a structured sales methodology to guide customers through evaluating and selecting the right solution.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with strong experience in pipeline management, conversion tracking, and using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) to drive accurate forecasting and communicate results.
  • Proven success in fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environments, with the ability to balance multiple priorities with precision and empathy.
  • Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, skilled at building rapport with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • You actively use AI tools in your sales workflow — for account research, personalized outreach, deal strategy, and pipeline management — and can point to specific ways it improves your performance. (Non-negotiable)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle, from initial engagement and discovery through demo, strategic consultation, and close- by understanding partner needs and clearly articulating the value of ScalePad solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and core partners, educating them on ScalePad’s suite of solutions and aligning recommendations to support their business growth and client success.
  • Build and maintain deep expertise in the MSP landscape, staying ahead of market trends to anticipate partner needs and tailor your sales approach.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, using strong listening skills and empathy to build trust and long-term partner relationships.
  • Contribute to revenue growth and business strategy by sharing insights and feedback that influence go-to-market approaches, processes, and product direction.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce), using data to drive forecasting accuracy and achieve or exceed targets.
  • Partner cross-functionally to provide feedback on product enhancements, process improvements, and market insights to keep ScalePad competitive and innovative.
  • Drive revenue growth within our existing partner base by identifying and executing strategic cross-sell opportunities.
  • Proactively engage partners through tailored outreach and consultative conversations to uncover needs, position complementary solutions, and grow account footprint.
