About The Position
Quadient is seeking motivated early-career professionals for an Entry-Level Account Executive position. This role is designed as a structured career path to develop individuals into successful Account Executives, offering training, mentorship, and support. The position involves building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and helping customers identify solutions. It is a hybrid role based in or close to Los Angeles County, CA, requiring regular customer visits 2-3 times per week.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
- Comfortable learning new technologies and tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally 2–3 days per week
Responsibilities
- Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Connect with customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver a great customer experience
- Build relationships and a sales pipeline that drive results and earnings
