About The Position

This role is for an Account Executive focused on the Intelligence Community (IC). The primary goal is to take a validated market presence and expand it into a significant portfolio within new mission centers, directorates, and programs of record. The position requires a deep understanding of the maritime domain, where complex challenges like great-power competition and illicit activities converge. The company's AI platform is already in use by 24 U.S. government organizations, including IC elements, and has contributed to significant operations. This is a senior-level sales role requiring engagement with high-level government officials and a strong grasp of federal procurement processes.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance (non-negotiable).
  • 5+ years of experience selling software or analytics into the Intelligence Community, with demonstrable closed deals.
  • Proven ownership of full-cycle federal sales, including navigating contracting processes.
  • Command of federal procurement mechanics (contract vehicles, color of money, POM cycles, ATO timelines).
  • Proven ability to sell at the executive level (SES, flag officer, mission-center director).
  • Credible technical understanding of data fusion, model outputs, false positives, and integration architecture.
  • Track record of growing an account from a single foothold to multi-directorate adoption.
  • Fluency with a qualification discipline like MEDDPICC.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior service in a maritime, targeting, MASINT/GEOINT, or all-source role.
  • Experience as a government customer of commercial analytics.
  • Experience selling in environments where company ownership (FOCI, supply-chain provenance) is a factor.
  • Comfort working in a company where the U.S. federal business is still being built and processes are being developed.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of named IC accounts, from account mapping and discovery to closing deals and expansion.
  • Engage with senior government leaders (SES/SIS civilians, flag/general officers, chiefs, CTOs, CDOs, program executives) to secure second meetings and build relationships.
  • Translate customer workflow gaps into deployed capabilities, focusing on mission-set fluency rather than feature pitching.
  • Architect procurement strategies, understanding various contract vehicles (IDIQs, OTAs, GSA, SBIR/CSO on-ramps, sole-source justifications) and teaming options.
  • Identify, vet, and manage a network of prime contractors, systems integrators, and resellers.
  • Maintain forecast integrity using MEDDPICC discipline.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, influencing the product roadmap based on surfaced requirements.

Benefits

  • Serious upside against achievable numbers with a commission structure designed for life-changing earnings.
  • A team of high-performing closers with a track record of hitting federal numbers.
  • Cleared, U.S.-based infrastructure (FCL, cleared personnel, U.S. corporate parent).
  • Agentic AI that is deployed and used daily by analysts.
  • Opportunity to be part of building the U.S. federal organization.
  • Sales Engineer, marketing, and executive air cover.
