About The Position

IST Management is hiring an Account Executive focused on Court Reporting, an outside sales role for an early- or mid-career professional seeking to grow a litigation-support book of business. The position drives revenue for new and existing business in court reporting, eDiscovery, and related services. It is hybrid and schedule-autonomous, with weekly on-site visits to existing law firm accounts in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area and surrounding communities, plus in-person prospect and client appointments as needed. Occasional travel, including air travel, is required. The role begins with a paid three-week sales training program. The first week is in person at IST Management’s Atlanta corporate office; the remaining training is remote and in the field with the Managing Vice President, who serves as the day-to-day manager and sales mentor. First-year success is based on meeting and exceeding activity goals. In the second year, the expectation is to meet or exceed an average of $20,000 in monthly revenue, calculated using the top three revenue months of the previous six. Advancement and base salary increases, including possible promotion to National Account Manager or Regional Vice President, are based on average monthly sales revenue. The stated salary is $65,000, with uncapped commission of up to 16%. IST Management is a business process outsourcing company founded in 1997, with more than 1,800 employees and operations in over 38 U.S. cities.
