About The Position

Quadient is seeking an Account Executive in Milwaukee, WI. This role involves supporting businesses in their digital transformation and growth by providing automation solutions. The Account Executive will identify and nurture leads, present solutions to decision-makers, engage with C-suite leaders, communicate with internal and external partners, and collaborate across departments to ensure excellent customer experiences. Candidates must reside in or be commutable to Milwaukee, WI, for local travel to customer accounts within the territory 2-3 times a week and possess a valid driver's license.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, or CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Identify and nurture leads using digital tools, marketing campaigns, and CRM systems
  • Support the sales cycle by presenting Quadient solutions to key decision-makers
  • Engage with C-Suite leaders and influencers to understand their business needs
  • Deliver clear communication to internal partners and external clients
  • Collaborate across departments to support strong customer experiences
