About The Position

At Iron Mountain, we are seeking a motivated and strategic Account Executive to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving net new sales and revenue growth within assigned vertical accounts through proactive prospecting and solution-based selling. You will join a high-performing, matrixed sales team dedicated to expanding Iron Mountain’s footprint by delivering specialized information management value propositions to complex global organizations. Iron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services trusted by more than 225,000 organizations in 60 countries. We safeguard billions of our customers’ assets, including critical business information, highly sensitive data, and invaluable cultural and historic artifacts. Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in strategic account management and solution-based selling.
  • Strong knowledge of business-to-business sales processes, market trends, and the ability to translate complex customer needs into powerful value propositions.
  • Proven ability in negotiation, stakeholder management at the executive level (C-level), and the application of advanced sales methodologies like Challenger Selling.
  • A 4-year College Degree
  • Flexibility to accommodate travel up to 30%.

  • Production and Manufacturing vertical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Execute strategic account plans and marketing initiatives to prospect, solicit, and close net new business opportunities, ensuring consistent pipeline management and quota attainment.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Partner with key customer decision-makers, industry associations, and internal Iron Mountain departments to structure business strategies and lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
