  • Experience navigating decision makers at mid-market and enterprise companies, including facilities, workplace experience, and procurement teams.
  • Successful cold-calling experience and use of sourcing strategies to reach decision makers.
  • Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling facilities services, office coffee, pantry, micromarket, vending, or other workplace amenities.
  • Enthusiasm for workplace food and beverage programs that enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation, build relationships, and set meetings with potential Fooda Pantry customers.
  • Discover prospects’ current pantry, coffee, and micromarket arrangements to identify service gaps, budget opportunities, and employee needs, then design customized programs for in-office and hybrid workforces.
  • Lead the full Pantry sales cycle, including site assessments, presentations, pricing proposals, negotiations, and closing deals with mid-market and enterprise decision makers in an assigned territory.
  • Learn and apply Fooda’s sales-process best practices and manage sales activity in the CRM.
  • Use resourceful customer-connection strategies and diligent follow-up communications to advance deals to close.
  • Collaborate with Pantry operations and account management teams to launch client programs and maintain productive, growing relationships.
  • Identify multi-location expansion opportunities and position Fooda Pantry alongside other Fooda workplace food programs to grow account value.
  • Stay current on workplace convenience providers and clearly communicate Fooda’s differentiation.

Benefits

  • Stock options.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Paid maternity and parental leave benefits.
  • Flexible spending accounts.
