About The Position

As an Account Executive – Bruce Power, you will lead the strategic business relationship and overall growth strategy for Bruce Power, one of Westinghouse's customers. Operating at the Director leadership level, you will build trusted relationships with senior utility executives, identify and develop new business opportunities, and help drive revenue growth across our Operating Plant Services portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of the nuclear industry, customer business priorities, and long-term asset management strategies. You will also provide executive oversight to support the successful delivery of projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and continued growth. This position will be offered as a remote role. Candidates located within reasonable commuting distance of Bruce Power are preferred.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of progressive experience in nuclear plant engineering, project management, business development, account management, or related leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent related technical discipline.
  • Experience developing and managing strategic customer relationships within the nuclear power industry or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience with commercial proposal development, contract negotiations, risk assessments, account planning, and customer relationship management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience at a Manager / Director level, leading cross-functional teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving strategic business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the account growth strategy for Bruce Power, driving pipeline growth, orders entered, revenue, margin, cash flow, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior utility executives, serving as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Lead account planning, opportunity identification, proposal development, risk assessments, and commercial negotiations to secure new business.
  • Provide executive oversight of customer projects to ensure contractual commitments, quality expectations, safety requirements, and delivery objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinate customer engagement activities, including executive meetings, alliance reviews, technology days, strategic planning sessions, and account activities while maintaining accurate customer information within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
