About The Position

The Account Executive will join TrialKit’s early sales team. You will own deals from first conversation through close - running demos, building relationships with attorneys, and converting conference conversations and inbound leads into customers. Legal tech is at an inflection point. Law firms are actively searching for AI tools that actually work in their workflow. You’ll be the person who finds them, earns their trust, and shows them what’s possible. If you’re driven, organized, and genuinely excited about AI’s potential to change the legal field, this role is built for you. You will work directly with company leadership and help build and refine the playbooks, tools, and systems that drive TrialKit’s growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of legal tech sales or business development experience
  • Comfortable running product demos and closing deals
  • Excellent communicator, confident speaking with attorneys and law firm staff
  • Strong organizational discipline with CRM and pipeline management
  • Comfortable attending conferences and working a room
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Run demos and close deals- Deliver clear, compelling product demos and guide prospects through the evaluation process to closing.
  • Own your pipeline- Manage leads and opportunities from first touch to signed customer. Maintain accurate and detailed CRM pipeline and forecasting.
  • Work conferences and events- Attend legal tech conferences, run booth demos, capture leads, and convert conversations into pipeline.
  • Follow up with inbound and referrals- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries, qualify prospects, and move opportunities forward.
  • Outbound prospecting- Reach out to target law firms and conference lists to book demos and generate pipeline.
  • Become a product expert- Develop deep familiarity with the platform so you can confidently answer questions and tailor demos.
  • Help build the sales motion- This is an early sales team. You’ll help refine messaging, sales materials, outreach strategies, and team processes as we grow.
