Founding Account Executive

About The Position

You'll be the founding AE, the first dedicated seller on the team. You'll own deals end to end: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close. Because we're early, you'll also help build the function itself: messaging, process, sales tech stack, etc. You'll have unusual influence over product and positioning.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years closing software/SaaS with a leading AI company, ideally selling into GTM, RevOps, or sales leadership functions
  • A track record of beating quotas
  • Comfort operating without a playbook
  • Strong discovery instincts and the ability to run a sharp live demo

Responsibilities

  • Own a full-cycle pipeline from first touch to signed contract
  • Run discovery and be the relationship holder with prospects
  • Give structured product feedback that shapes the roadmap
