The Account Executive builds long-lasting relationships with agent and broker clients by delivering competitive premium finance loan products. The role evaluates loan opportunities, underwrites credit risk within assigned authority, and delivers binding loan commitments and agreements with competitive rates and terms suited to borrowers’ needs. Credit analysis includes interpreting borrower financial statements, reviewing insurance policy binders and endorsements for relevant attributes and collateral implications, assessing competing offerings, pricing interest rates, and making recommendations when transactions require higher approval authority. Credit authority may increase with experience, up to $100,000 in exposure and $1 million per transaction. Larger commitments are developed in coordination with Credit Administration and management. The AE provides daily quoting and underwriting of premium finance loans to retail agents in coordination with Sales Teammates, Underwriting, and Management. The role is client-facing and largely independent, while working in parallel with external Sales Teammates to build and maintain relationships, solicit new and renewal opportunities, and follow up on quotes. The AE reviews executed loan documents for compliance with approvals and related conditions, coordinates with Loan Processing, and reports production, lost quotes, new business, and portfolio returns to management. This is a remote position based in the Eastern Time Zone. The AE works largely remotely in an electronic, web-based, near-paperless process and is expected to track territory performance against established goals.
