About The Position

We're looking for an Account Executive to join our growing New York team and support the delivery of social-first campaigns across some of our most exciting client accounts. This is an entry-level role built for someone who's passionate about social, eager to learn the ropes of agency account management, and ready to get stuck in from day one. As an Account Executive, you'll work closely with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, supporting day-to-day account operations, building foundational client relationships, and developing the skills that will set you up for a long career in social. You'll be organised, curious, and proactive — someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do. Being socially native is at the heart of everything we do. We don't just "do social" — we live and breathe culture. Success in this role means deeply understanding platforms, creators, trends, and conversations, and translating them into work that feels authentic, bold, and built for the feed. It's okay to be chronically online.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an agency, marketing, or social media environment (internships count)
  • A genuine passion for social media, digital culture, and the creator economy
  • Strong organisational skills and an obsessive attention to detail — nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to communicate clearly with clients
  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset — you spot problems early and bring solutions, not just questions
  • Comfort working across multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with social platforms including Instagram, Snap, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook
  • A collaborative nature — you're a team player who's happy to roll up your sleeves

  • Help manage and maintain project trackers, budgets, and internal documentation
  • Support briefing of creative, strategy, and production teams, and chase deliverables to keep work moving
  • Monitor social platforms, trends, and competitor activity to support client and strategic conversations
