About The Position

StemWave makes shockwave therapy devices that help clinics and practitioners deliver better results for their patients. Demand is strong, and we’re growing our sales team to match it. As an Account Executive, you turn qualified conversations into new device sales. We send you a steady flow of inbound consults (about 40–50 a month), and you run the sales process from first call to close. You also build your own pipeline on top of what we provide. Compensation is 100% commission and uncapped, so your results set your income.

Requirements

• A proven closer with a track record in full-cycle, consultative or high-ticket sales.
• Comfortable running several consults a day and managing a busy pipeline in a CRM.
• Rapport: you build trust quickly. You don’t have to be an extrovert, just genuine.
• Integrity: you do what you say, you’re honest with prospects, and you only sell to people it will help.
• Leadership: you lead prospects to the best decision for them, even when it’s outside their comfort zone.
• Drive: you’re hungry, you put in the reps, and you keep sharpening your craft.
• Self-awareness: you always know why you’re ahead of or behind pace, and you adjust.
• Attention to detail: your CRM and reporting are accurate without reminders.
• High standards: you hold yourself to the same bar you help clients reach.
• Poise: you stay calm and steady in high-stakes, sometimes life-changing conversations.

Nice To Haves

• B2B, medical device or capital equipment experience is a strong plus.
• Experience selling to physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, or wellness and aesthetic practices is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Run the sales process: Hold 2–3 consults per day (about 10+ per week) with practitioners and clinic owners who’ve asked about our devices. Run discovery to understand each practice’s patients, goals, budget and timing, then show how StemWave fits. Handle objections, guide prospects to the right decision, and close front-end device sales. Only enroll clients who are a genuine fit. We train you on what that looks like.
• Build and manage your pipeline: Follow up consistently on open opportunities until each one is closed or clearly not a fit. Generate additional opportunities beyond inbound flow. You’re expected to hit your numbers regardless of lead volume. Keep enough calendar space open for up to 60 consults per month.
• Set clients up for success: Hand every new client to Client Success with detailed deal notes and the right introductions. Confirm the next day’s appointments and prepare for each call.
• Own your numbers: Join the 9:00 AM ET team huddle Monday–Friday knowing your actuals, projections and pace. Bring questions and call challenges to the team, and be candid about anything slowing you down. Close each day with an end-of-day report and updates to your projections sheet, the team tracker and the CRM. That means every deal has the right stage, notes, due date and follow-up task.
