About The Position

Townsquare Media Group is hiring an experienced, part-time Account Executive to serve as a marketing consultant to local small and mid-sized businesses. The Account Executive will present Townsquare’s broadcast, digital advertising, event sponsorship, and other marketing solutions, helping clients grow while working a schedule suited to their availability. This flexible role is intended for experienced sellers seeking to remain active in the industry while maintaining work-life balance.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in B2B or media sales.
• A consultative sales approach and a proven ability to close and grow business.
• Deep knowledge of the local market and business landscape.
• Professionalism, self-motivation, and reliability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal support teams as needed.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a vehicle.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect local businesses that could benefit from Townsquare’s advertising and marketing solutions.
• Conduct consultative meetings to assess client needs and present strategic recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support successful campaign execution.
• Work with market leadership to set realistic goals based on availability and priorities.
