About The Position

Quadient is seeking an Account Executive to join their team in Massachusetts, specifically covering Middlesex and Essex Counties. This role involves supporting businesses in their digital transformation and growth journey by providing automation solutions. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, presenting solutions to decision-makers, engaging with C-suite leaders, communicating with internal and external partners, and collaborating across departments to ensure strong customer experiences. Candidates must reside in or be commutable to the assigned territory for local travel to customer accounts at least 2-3 days a week, with non-field days worked from home. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Experience with MS Word, Excel, or CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must reside in or be commutable to Middlesex & Essex Counties in Massachusetts
Ability to travel to assigned customer accounts at least 2-3 days a week
