About The Position

The Ammortal Chamber brings together multiple scientifically backed technologies into one experience. It is a healing technology that can be utilized by wellness clinics and inside the home. Our clients include specialty spas and clinics, sports teams, and individuals who are biohackers or athletes. We are a small team with a startup culture. After our first full year shipping a finished product on the market, we have shown strong growth. Our team is made up of engineers, health professionals, and startup entrepreneurs. As we continue expanding, this role offers hands-on experience, opportunities to grow into leadership, and the chance to make a tangible impact by developing and delivering cutting-edge wellness technology. You'll collaborate across disciplines to innovate and shape technologies that enhance well-being for our clients. What is this role and why does it exist? Ammortal is expanding its reach into commercial fitness, private health clubs, and premium wellness markets, and we need talented people who are hungry to be part of that growth from the ground floor. As an Account Executive, you'll be the connective tissue between Ammortal and the fitness operators and wellness brands that are ready to offer their members something truly transformative. This role exists because we're building a new vertical, and that takes more than one person at the top. You'll work alongside senior leadership to prospect, qualify, and close deals that bring Ammortal Chambers into gyms, health clubs, boutique studios, and wellness facilities. It's a fit for someone with genuine sales experience who wants real ownership of a territory, meaningful exposure to executive buyers, and a product they can believe in completely.

Requirements

  • Clear, Confident Communication: Whether you're writing a cold email or running a discovery call, you communicate with clarity and purpose. You know how to listen as well as you speak, and you understand that the best salespeople ask better questions, not louder pitches.
  • Self-Motivation and Discipline: Sales is a game of consistent action. You don't need a manager to remind you to hit your outreach targets. You hold yourself accountable and bring energy to the work even when the pipeline is quiet.
  • Coachability and Growth Mindset: You absorb feedback quickly, apply it, and keep improving. At a startup, the playbook evolves constantly; you thrive in that environment rather than waiting for certainty.
  • Curiosity About Health and Wellness: You have a genuine interest in fitness, recovery, performance, or longevity. You read about it, talk about it, and naturally bring that energy into conversations with prospects. You don't need to fake enthusiasm for what we're selling.
  • Organizational Rigor: You keep your pipeline clean, your follow-ups timely, and your CRM accurate. The details matter to you because lost context means lost deals.
  • 3–7 years of experience in a sales or business development role, including time as an Account Executive owning deals end-to-end
  • Demonstrated ability to manage outreach volume and consistently hit activity targets
  • Comfortable running discovery calls and presenting to business owners and operators
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing deals with clear ownership of the sales cycle
  • CRM software (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent prospecting tools
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
  • Video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fitness, wellness, health clubs, hospitality, or a related industry
  • Exposure to multi-location operators, franchise models, or B2B environments
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM tools
  • Personal interest in recovery, biohacking, performance training, or health optimization
  • Experience at a startup or early-stage company
  • Sales engagement platforms
  • Basic proficiency with proposal or presentation tools
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new leads within the commercial fitness, health club, and premium wellness segments to build and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline.
  • Conduct high-volume, high-quality outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events to generate meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Lead discovery calls to understand a prospect's business goals, member experience challenges, and revenue objectives, and connect those directly to what the Ammortal Chamber delivers.
  • Manage deals through the full sales cycle, from first contact through close, with a consultative approach suited to high-ticket, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Collaborate with senior teammates on complex deals: attending calls, preparing materials, drafting proposals, and following up on outstanding items.
  • Keep HubSpot meticulously up to date with contact details, deal stages, notes, and next steps. Clean data is a team asset.
  • Stay current on trends in fitness, recovery, longevity, and wellness; bring insights back to sharpen our positioning and messaging.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to align on messaging, support handoffs, and contribute to case studies and performance narratives.
