About The Position

Forwood Safety is a global SaaS company on a mission to prevent fatalities and serious incidents in high-risk industries. Our Critical Risk Management System helps some of the world’s largest organisations identify and manage the risks that can lead to serious incidents and fatalities. Now, we’re looking to expand our presence in Italy. We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to support our Italian enterprise sales growth. You’ll open doors, build relationships with senior decision-makers, develop a high-value pipeline and lead complex enterprise opportunities through to close. You’ll help shape how Forwood approaches the Italian market, working closely with our global commercial team and regional partners.

Requirements

• Proven success selling complex B2B SaaS or technology solutions to enterprise customers.
• A strong track record of new-business acquisition and closing high-value deals.
• Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles and engaging confidently with senior executives.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work independently, create structure and take ownership in a growing market.
• Strong Italian communication skills and good written and spoken English to collaborate with our global team.
• A genuine interest in understanding customers’ businesses and connecting their challenges to meaningful commercial solutions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in mining, manufacturing, energy, utilities, construction, oil & gas or other high-risk industries.
• Experience in safety, risk management or critical risk environments.
• Enterprise sales through channel or strategic partners.
• Building or launching a new geographic market.
• Existing relationships with senior decision-makers in relevant Italian industries.

Responsibilities

• Support building the Italian market by identifying target organisations, developing relationships and creating new enterprise sales opportunities.
• Own the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to strategic account planning, proposals, negotiation and close.
• Build and manage a high-value new-business pipeline, maintaining momentum through long and complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Engage with senior executives and operational leaders to understand their business priorities, critical risks and strategic objectives.
• Work closely with Forwood’s regional partners to identify opportunities, strengthen relationships and develop effective routes to market.
• Help shape our Italian go-to-market strategy, using your understanding of the market, customers, competitors and partners to determine where we focus and how we win.
• Clearly communicate the value of Forwood’s technology and position it as a strategic solution for organisations looking to prevent serious incidents and fatalities.
