QXO, Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Executive to own and grow a book of business valued between $3M–$7M. This role involves expanding wallet share and developing strong customer relationships. The Account Executive will be responsible for creating and implementing account plans focused on retention, growth, and long-term profitability. Key activities include conducting regular customer visits, job-site meetings, and business reviews, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, and managing their day-to-day needs and escalations. The position requires close collaboration with branch operations, inside sales, and customer support teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Additionally, the Account Executive will partner with Outside Sales Representatives to transition new customers, participate in joint customer calls and onboarding, and identify new business opportunities. The role also involves aligning customers with manufacturer partners, negotiating pricing and terms, maintaining accurate CRM documentation, and staying knowledgeable about products, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Regular travel within the assigned territory is expected.
