About The Position

White Circle is an AI Safety company building the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems. At the core of our platform are policies – simple natural-language rules that define what an AI model should and shouldn’t do. We automatically test, enforce, and continuously improve these policies at scale. We’ve raised $11M from top funds, founders, and senior leaders at OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Mistral, DeepMind, Datadog, Sentry, and others. We process over 100M+ API calls every month. We fine-tune and train our own LLMs so they run faster and cheaper than any open or proprietary model. We’re at a multi-million dollar run rate. You’ll be joining at the most exciting time - early enough that the equity can be life changing but at a point where demand has been proven.

Requirements

  • 2+ years closing net-new B2B SaaS/AI to mid-market or enterprise, where ACV > $100k and product was not sold mainly on brand or relationships
  • Technically literate - can hold conversations about complex technical products and have credibility with technical buyers
  • Previously worked as an SDR and graduated to AE in no more than 2 years
  • Can operate effectively without established playbooks or processes
  • Happy hunting your own deals initially
  • Extensive cold calling experience
  • Readiness to travel to clients
  • Perfect English

  • Have sold technical or security/infra/dev-tools products
  • Have founded a company or built something from scratch
  • Have been an early sales hire at a startup, especially a YC company
  • Have experience as a software engineer, solutions engineer, sales engineer, or in another technical role

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through close
  • Develop relationships with AI leaders, engineering teams, platform teams, security teams, and executive stakeholders
  • Run product demos and help customers understand how White Circle fits into their AI stack
  • Navigate complex buying processes involving technical teams, legal, procurement, and executive decision-makers
  • Work closely with CEO & Head of Revenue on strategic opportunities
  • Provide structured customer feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Help develop the messaging, sales process, and playbooks that will support future growth
