The Account Executive plays a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our services to our clients. In this role, you will manage and advise client accounts for employers of all sizes regarding their health and benefit programs, acting as the primary consultant and relationship manager, working alongside other talented members of the benefits consulting team to help our clients succeed. Practically speaking, the Account Executive role encompasses a wide variety of activities. Aside from managing the overall client relationship and service delivery, you will be responsible for partnering with our clients to build multi-year strategies and drive the creation of solutions to address complex issues. You will also serve as the subject matter expert in the new business sales process. To be effective in this role, you need to build deep relationships with clients and learn about their business, benefits, and human capital needs, so that clients are comfortable collaborating with LoVasco to identify and resolve any issues related to their Total Rewards program.
