About The Position
NOW CFO is a nationwide financial consulting firm providing outsourced accounting and finance solutions to businesses across a variety of industries. We are seeking a motivated, competitive Account Executive to join our Salt Lake City sales team and drive new business growth. This role owns the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach through discovery, relationship building, and closing. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with business leaders, comfortable generating their own pipeline, and motivated by performance based earnings.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of sales, business development, or revenue generating experience
- Experience prospecting and managing opportunities through the sales cycle
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Confidence speaking with executives and business owners
- Comfortable with outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, and consistent prospecting activity
- Competitive, goal oriented, coachable, and motivated by results
- Strong organization and follow through
Nice To Haves
- B2B sales experience with closing responsibility
- Experience selling professional services, consulting, staffing, finance, accounting, or other business solutions
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and other prospecting efforts
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
- Connect with CEOs, CFOs, Controllers, business owners, and other decision makers
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and identify opportunities
- Present NOW CFO’s consulting services in a clear and consultative way
- Manage opportunities through the pipeline with consistent follow up and urgency
- Negotiate and close new client engagements
- Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline updates in the CRM
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients
