Requirements

• Prior experience selling services, such as maintenance work, rather than products (preferred).
• Self-motivated and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Identify, sell, and negotiate HVAC service maintenance contracts by assessing customers’ current operational costs and preparing customized sales proposals that demonstrate how our services can reduce those costs.
• Manage contract renewals and changes.
• Build strong customer partnerships to anticipate their needs.
• Promote other MacDonald-Miller services that align with customer goals.
• Foster internal integration and supportive working relationships.
• Protect, maintain, and grow the customer base.
• Promote and sell the company’s capabilities and the benefits of being a full-service mechanical contractor.
