About The Position

Xplor Technologies is hiring a self-driven sales professional for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and a portfolio ownership component. The role offers flexibility and requires working in the field within the employee’s team region; the position can be fully remote otherwise. The company provides sales training and mentorship, and describes the role as W-2 employment with health benefits and a 401(k).

Requirements

At least 2 years of B2B outside sales experience; listed as preferred in the posting.
Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to explain technical payment concepts in terms of clear business value.
A valid, current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking, with a hunter mentality.
Strong communication and closing skills; comfort with face-to-face selling; resilience, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
Alignment with the company’s core values and a positive, people-first outlook.

Nice To Haves

Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience.
Door-to-door sales experience or similar experience.

Responsibilities

Visit local businesses or go door-to-door to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners about potential cost savings and streamlined transactions.
Close sales and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.
Work independently while using the support and training provided.
Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
Work in the field within the assigned team region.
