Account Executive roles are defined as 80% new business, and 20% maintaining existing business. As an Account Executive, you’ll be on the front lines, identifying and connecting with customers ensuring their success with our products. You’ll be the ambassador for Arrow, showcasing our amazing products and helping them build sustainability in the membership of their organization as well as helping drive funds to support their local communities. Arrow designs its product and programs with the motto of “ease of use” to operate within organizations run by volunteers. Our team is committed to making our customers successful for long-term sustainability while our product supports their critical charitable mission.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with veteran and fraternal organizations is a huge plus, but what really matters is your passion and drive!
  • Strong communication and listening skills, paired with a fantastic personality that makes clients feel valued.
  • A problem-solver who can think independently and thrive without close supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Building Relationships: Establish and nurture connections within local organizations, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Driving Charitable Revenue: Develop and implement creative promotional strategies to boost revenue and member engagement within clubs to help.
  • Training: Conduct training programs to help ensure a compliant and transparent gaming operation at each organization.
  • Trust-Building: Establish trust with clients, ensuring their expectations are not just met but exceeded!
  • Compliance and Reporting: Collaborating with organizations to assist them in adhering to proper reporting standards and gaming regulations. This involves providing guidance on member-play performance analysis of gaming products in relation to their members.
