About The Position

Park Place Finance is seeking 10 elite Account Executives to join their team. This role is for proven professionals who consistently fund $2M+ in monthly loan volume and have established relationships with real estate investors, mortgage brokers, and referral partners. The company is a fast-growing private real estate lender specializing in Fix & Flip, Ground-Up Construction, DSCR, and Rental Portfolio loans. The ideal candidate will originate business through both retail and wholesale channels, supported by a team that prioritizes speed and efficiency in closing deals.

Requirements

Consistently funds $2M+ in monthly loan volume.
Has established relationships with real estate investors, mortgage brokers, and referral partners.
Originates through both retail and wholesale channels.
Proven and verifiable history of funding $2M+ in monthly loan volume over the previous 12 months
Experience developing business with investors, mortgage brokers, and referral partners
Experience originating both retail and wholesale loans
Strong knowledge of private real estate lending
