Account Executive - Pearland/Friendswood/Manvel
About The Position
Community Impact helps local businesses grow and tell their stories using our beloved news products. As experts in our advertising products, our Account Executives consult with clients to tailor the perfect print, digital and direct-mail advertising plans to help their business thrive. This role involves business-to-business (B2B) sales, making in-person connections, building relationships, and maintaining a book of business. The role requires office hours in Jersey Village on Mondays and as needed for training, but the majority of duties will be conducted from the field in the Pearland/Friendswood/Manvel area.

Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to tailor print, digital, and direct-mail advertising plans.
- Grow and tell client stories using news products.
- Build and maintain a successful book of business.
- Make in-person connections and build relationships over time.
- Participate in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Cheer on teammates and share best practices.
Benefits
- Starting salary of $40,000 annually, plus monthly bonuses and uncapped commission
- Minimum $3,000 guaranteed monthly commission for your first 12 months
- $295 monthly stipend for gas, mileage and tolls
- Up to 80 hours of vacation and 80 hours of personal/sick time (prorated) in your first year
