Requirements

  • 3-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in a start-up saas environment, with a proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle from demos to close.
  • Strong self-management and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a high-velocity, fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for customer-centric solutions and building meaningful relationships.
  • Familiarity with customer procurement cycles, including security reviews, legal redlining, and executive pricing negotiations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with telecom, communication, or messaging platforms.
  • Exposure to early-stage startups or high-growth companies, with a passion for driving results in these environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales process from conducting demos to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Work closely with the BDR team to ensure a seamless handoff and maximize pipeline opportunities.
  • Identify and engage with SME and Mid-Market clients to drive sales and foster long-term relationships.
  • Represent the company with passion, sharing its vision and delivering value-driven solutions to prospects.
  • Handle a high-velocity sales process, managing multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the sales process and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Participate in key industry events to generate business opportunities and expand your network.
