Requirements

Closed deals at a similar size and pace before - $40k–$50k ACV, sub-60-day cycles - and have the numbers to back it up.
See outbound as a craft, build your own lists, and think creatively about how to get in front of the right people.
Genuinely curious about what it's like to be an on-call engineer, including the stress and pressure.
Can hold a technical conversation without leaning on your SE every time.
Scrappy and figure things out without waiting for resources.
Comfortable picking up the phone and making cold calls.

Responsibilities

Own your own pipeline from the ground up, building target lists, running creative outreach campaigns, and picking up the phone.
Sell into VP Engineering, CTO, and SRE leaders at digital-native companies.
Work closely with a BDR and Solutions Engineer in a pod model.
Work alongside CS from early in the deal.
Be AI-forward in how you operate, whether that's building business cases, running research, or finding smarter ways to work a territory.
Bring ideas, not just execute a playbook.
