About The Position

The Account Executive is primarily involved in the day-to-day activities of the account, including the development and execution of projects that span across multiple channels (digital, broadcast, social, and site) on behalf of our clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in an agency environment
  • A degree or diploma in Marketing (or related program)
  • Comfortable in both in-office and remote working situations, and using associated tools (MS Teams, Zoom)
  • High degree of self-motivation and energy with a collaborative mindset and passion for the industry
  • Strong degree of organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive marketing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Have daily interaction with the account management team, creative department, production departments, media department, and clients
  • Communicate relevant information of all support activities including scheduling and project status to internal and external teams as required
  • Support in all project milestones, such as job initiation process, briefing, client presentations/approvals, and media trafficking
  • Work collaboratively with Project Management team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Adapt and keep pace with the ever-changing needs of automotive advertising
  • Maintain a finger on the pulse of competitive automotive activity and report back to the team and client when required

Benefits

  • The base salary for this position at the time of posting may range between $45,000—$95,000 CAD. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
