About The Position

At datagrate, we help enterprises modernize legacy integration environments by migrating away from expensive, proprietary iPaaS and middleware platforms toward flexible, open-source and AI-enabled architectures. Our clients are looking to reduce vendor lock-in, lower operating costs, improve agility, and accelerate modernization initiatives. We specialize in migrations from platforms such as MuleSoft, TIBCO Software, Talend, and Oracle Integration Cloud into modern open-source ecosystems enhanced with AI-driven automation and integration tooling. We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive / Sales Representative with direct experience in enterprise integration, middleware, iPaaS, API management, or adjacent enterprise software markets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
  • Experience in iPaaS, middleware, integration, APIs, cloud modernization, or adjacent enterprise software sectors
  • Proven outbound sales and prospecting ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AI-driven enterprise modernization trends is a plus
  • Experience working at or selling against companies such as: Legacy MuleSoft, TIBCO Software, Talend, Oracle, Boomi, Informatica, Software AG, SnapLogic
  • Experience working at or selling modern platforms such as Workato, Tray.ai, Celigo, etc
  • Understand enterprise integration and API ecosystems
  • Experience selling technical consulting services or enterprise software
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and hunting for net-new business
  • Already possess relationships with CIOs, integration leaders, architects, or transformation teams
  • Can communicate technical value in business terms
  • Are entrepreneurial, self-directed, and thrive in a boutique consulting environment

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through: Cold email outreach, Strategic calling campaigns, LinkedIn networking, Partner/channel introductions, Industry relationship development
  • Identify organizations currently using legacy integration platforms and uncover modernization opportunities
  • Engage IT leaders, enterprise architects, integration teams, and digital transformation stakeholders
  • Position datagrate’s migration and modernization services as a cost-effective, lower-risk alternative to proprietary platforms
  • Manage opportunities from initial outreach through discovery and handoff/close
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with technical leadership and delivery teams
  • Help refine messaging, outreach strategy, and target-market positioning
