Delta Defense is the private company behind the marketing, operations, and customer service of the U.S. Concealed Carry Association (USCCA). The USCCA is dedicated to safeguarding the life, freedom, and finances of responsibly armed Americans. As an Outside Sales Account Executive, you will carry that mission into every parking lot, range, retailer, and training room you step into. This part-time position offers flexibility to suit your schedule but does not include company benefits. In this role, you have the chance to make a significant impact while still enjoying the flexibility of a part-time schedule. The role involves face-to-face, relationship-driven, and credibility-first engagement, especially with firearms instructors, range owners, and everyday Americans who care deeply about self-defense and personal freedom. The position requires representing the USCCA in rural markets through education, outreach, and relationship-building, maintaining and expanding relationships with partner ranges, firearm instructors, and retailers, delivering compelling group presentations, supporting CCW classes and onboarding events, and collaborating with marketing and support teams to organize and execute sales events. Travel within the assigned territory is required.
