About The Position

The Account Executive will support the Sales & Operations teams by growing and managing new customer sales within an assigned area. This position will pursue sales leads, visit customer sites within an assigned area, and execute sales that will then transition to an account manager for ongoing maintenance and service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with motivation to be the best in a Team environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communications, listening and negotiation skills
  • Must be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for flying to or driving to various customer locations within the assigned geographic area
  • Reach out to prospective locations through in-person visits, phone calls, and other communication methods to conduct a consultative sales process, secure new business at a high conversion rate, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Communicates the value proposition of Repairify technology and services to potential customers
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s operations to facilitate their success using Repairify technology and services
  • Determine product solutions based upon technical knowledge and previous customer interactions
  • Develops customer relationships from the User level to the manager and Owner of automotive repairers
  • Develop relationships with target customers, learn their potential business needs, and determine the services or products that the customer is most likely to purchase
  • Build customer rapport by probing, listening and offering solutions that resolve customer issues
  • Develop and implement a customer contact plan to achieve sales quota
  • Communicate and report customer business issues internally within Repairify to educate and inform management
  • Collaborate with other Repairify teams to identify workflow improvements and sales opportunities
  • Meet monthly, quarter and annual sales goals and quotas.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the business model and serve as a liaison between the customers and the organization.
  • Work with Operations Managers to provide stellar customer service to customers
  • Generate new revenue by targeting prospect accounts to sell new products and services
  • Document and report all activities in customer relationship management system, salesforce.com.
  • Demonstrate the ability to remain resilient and professional
  • Identify customer needs and concerns, set clear expectations, and provide guidance to help customer realize success in using Repairify technology and services
