About The Position

Our client in the industrial manufacturing industry is seeking an Account Executive to join their team remotely within the Western United States. In this role, you will drive full-cycle business development focused on fluid handling systems sold to engineering firms and contractors supporting industries such as semiconductors, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and chemical processing. You will manage technical business opportunities with longer sales cycles while partnering closely with engineering teams to develop tailored, customer solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record of balancing strategic account management with proactive new business development. This is an opportunity to support a high-potential territory within a growing organization serving a diverse and technically driven customer base.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle technical B2B sales experience is required
  • Proven ability to manage high-value deals with longer sales cycles is required
  • Experience working with engineering teams and gathering technical requirements is required
  • Demonstrated success hunting for new business and growing sales territories is required
  • Flexibility to attend early morning meetings with EST team, as needed, is required
  • Close proximity to major airport required

  • Experience preparing or supporting bids and proposals is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand business opportunities across the Western United States territory
  • Manage full-cycle sales from prospecting through project closeout
  • Build and maintain relationships with engineering firms, contractors, and end users
  • Identify customer needs and define technical project requirements
  • Partner with engineering teams to develop and present tailored technical solutions
  • Prepare and support RFQs, proposals, bids, and project documentation
  • Negotiate pricing, scope, and commercial terms to drive profitability
  • Execute strategic sales plans that align with market opportunities
  • Travel throughout the territory to meet with customers and prospects
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline tracking, and forecasting
  • Provide market feedback and competitive insights to leadership
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting ongoing relationships and resolving project issues
