Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS software sales experience.
  • Experience selling Property Management Software (PMS), HOA software, Real Estate software, Accounting software, or PropTech solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong software demonstration and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle independently.
  • Comfortable using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings and industry trade shows.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to HOA, Community Association, Condo Association, or Rental Property Management companies.

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete sales process from qualified lead to closed customer.
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, industry events, and inbound opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close new business.
  • Conduct personalized software demonstrations for HOA and rental property management companies.
  • Clearly explain how ManageCasa helps improve operations, accounting, maintenance, communication, and automation.
  • Position ManageCasa's AI capabilities and competitive advantages based on each customer's needs.
  • Understand each prospect's business challenges and goals.
  • Recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and business growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with owners, executives, community managers, and accounting teams.
  • Follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build long-term relationships that lead to referrals and future expansion opportunities.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity records and forecasts in HubSpot.
  • Keep all customer communications and sales activities updated.
  • Provide weekly pipeline and forecast updates.
  • Partner with SDRs to convert qualified opportunities.
  • Work closely with Marketing on campaigns and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to communicate customer feedback and improve the platform.
  • Complete product, industry, and sales training.
  • Become proficient with ManageCasa, HubSpot, and sales processes.
  • Begin conducting product demonstrations.
  • Build an active sales pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline with consistent new opportunities.
  • Deliver high-quality product demonstrations each week.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting.
  • Follow up promptly and professionally with every prospect.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience.
