About The Position

FASTSIGNS of Eugene helps business owners, architects, brand managers, and marketing execs turn their vision into signs, interior decor, and brand packages they can actually see. We're a 20-person team and a CEO's Circle member every year since 2022 — top 25 of 800+ FASTSIGNS locations nationwide. You'll own the full B2B sales cycle: understand what a client needs, quote it, close it, write the design brief, manage proof approval, and see it through to a happy customer. You won't start from zero — you'll immediately take over an existing book of business generating an estimated $400,000–$500,000 a year. This role is primarily office-based — phone, email, and walk-ins — with occasional trips out to meet a client or walk a site. No sign industry experience needed. We built this company from zero revenue ten years ago promoting from within — our current sales manager and project manager both started here. We're looking for someone ready to operate at this level from day one.

Requirements

Winning Attitude
Must be in the Eugene office every day — not remote/hybrid
Prior B2B sales, account management, or project management experience
Sharp, organized, and obsessive about helping people get the things that they need
