Delta Defense is the private company behind the marketing, operations, and customer service of the U.S. Concealed Carry Association (USCCA). As an Outside Sales Account Executive, you will carry the mission of safeguarding the life, freedom, and finances of responsibly armed Americans into every parking lot, range, retailer, and training room you step into. This role is not a traditional 9-to-5 sales job; it's a calling focused on face-to-face, relationship-driven sales with a credibility-first approach, particularly with firearms instructors, range owners, and individuals passionate about self-defense and personal freedom. The ideal candidate is a responsible gun owner who enjoys the firearms community and can build rapport authentically. The role involves educating individuals on training, education, and self-defense liability protection, closing USCCA memberships through ethical, consultative sales techniques, and owning and growing a territory pipeline. The relationship with the member extends beyond the sale, emphasizing an outstanding member experience.
