About The Position

This role requires strong media relations skills, the ability to create compelling content, and proficiency in client communication. Candidates must be able to commute to our Philadelphia-area office.

Responsibilities

Secure earned media coverage for clients by building relationships with local, trade, and national reporters, and devising story angles that highlight clients' products, services, and thought leadership.
Media train clients and provide support before interviews.
Craft press releases, bylined articles, blog posts, social media posts, and other written content that aligns with client messaging and voice.
Stay updated on industry trends and develop a deep understanding of client-specific issues, processes, terms, products, and regulations.
Develop and execute strategic plans for award submissions, conference appearances, speaking opportunities, and media relations campaigns.
Actively engage and communicate with clients with confidence and preparation.
Gain competency with industry and productivity tools, including AI utilization.
Assist with reporting and communicate the value and impact of work to clients.
Train and mentor junior staff.
