About The Position

Rezolut, a national emerging platform of diagnostic medical imaging services, is seeking an Account Executive to build relationships with and drive referrals from the medical community in the Fairlawn, NJ area and surrounding market. The Account Executive is responsible for building relationships with physicians, promoting the imaging center(s) and radiology services, conducting sales activities, providing training, and facilitating communication between the center and referring providers daily.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or health-related field required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in outpatient imaging.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software.
• Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation for work.
• Ability to work independently and manage a local geographic territory, inclusive of 200+/- provider accounts.
• Must be successful in collaborating with the Center Director to create and execute growth strategies.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must have strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with referring providers and their office staff to maintain and grow referrals to the imaging center(s).
• Consistently meet or exceed performance targets, leveraging data to develop actionable business strategies.
• Conduct regular face-to-face visits with physician offices and healthcare facilities to strengthen relationships, assess needs, and promote services.
• Effectively manage a target list, ensuring optimal outreach frequency and consistent referral volume growth.
• Prospect for new business opportunities, utilizing relationship-building and closing skills to expand market share.
• Monitor competitive activity and adapt strategies to address changes in the market.
• Assist in identifying and resolving any issues related to dissatisfaction or problems with customer experiences regarding services provided by Rezolut.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, in-services, and events, supporting physician engagement and business development efforts.
• Ensure accurate and timely CRM entries to document outreach activities, key contacts, and results.
• Maintain reliable attendance and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and organizational initiatives.
