The impact you’ll make in this role As an ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, you’ll work alongside sharp, inquisitive minds from a wide spectrum of backgrounds and disciplines. Together, you'll explore new ideas, challenge assumptions, and shape solutions that make a real-world impact by: Driving territory sales performance to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and growth objectives. Develop and execute sales strategies based on the clinical, economic, and business needs of existing and prospective accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinical staff, and key decision-makers across hospitals, outpatient facilities, and physician offices. Provide product education, demonstrations, and hands-on support in patient care settings, including operating rooms and clinics. Deliver a customer-first experience by proactively addressing needs and providing timely, compliant solutions. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities, develop forecasts, and maintain accurate reporting. Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional partners, including reimbursement teams, to support customers and achieve territory objectives. This role sits within Solventum’s Medical Surgical Division, supporting the Acera product portfolio and its clinically proven solutions designed to improve patient outcomes and surgical efficiency. Through Acera Surgical and the Restrata product, the team advances evidence‑based wound care technologies that support healing across multiple surgical specialties, helping frontline healthcare providers deliver safer, more effective care. Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
