About The Position

Join Momence as an Account Executive for our SMB segment, where you will generate new business by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to closing deals. You will focus on building meaningful relationships with wellness and fitness business owners while conducting tailored product demonstrations that address their unique operational challenges. Your quota is based on net Annual Recurring Revenue (nARR). This is a full-time, remote role for which we're considering qualified candidates who reside in and are authorized to work from any location in the United States.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of closing experience in software/SaaS sales
  • 1+ years of experience selling to small businesses
  • 2+ years of experience with inside sales, particularly running live demos via screen share
  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Consultative selling approach

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Experience working in early stage startups, especially in a fully remote environment
  • Personal or professional experience in the customer verticals we serve (fitness, yoga, wellness, classes, etc.)
  • Experience working, communicating, and connecting with small business owners
  • Demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business acquisition through the complete sales cycle for SMB clients
  • Connect authentically with wellness and fitness business owners, understanding their unique challenges and goals
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations via screen share
  • Prospect via strategic outreach methods
  • Educate and consult prospects on how Momence can transform and grow their business
  • Identify key stakeholders and decision makers within target organizations
  • Manage sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM (Hubspot)
  • Build long-term relationships that extend beyond the initial sale
