About The Position

PlanOmatic is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Account Executive to join their Sales team. This role will play a key part in shaping the company's sales approach in a new and growing market. The Account Executive will be in the field, working with property managers to enhance their portfolios through a high-quality, automated leasing photo process. This position offers the opportunity to become a valued member of the industry, build genuine relationships, and guide potential clients through PlanOmatic’s products and services, including photos, floor plans, and 3D. The ideal candidate is eager to travel, build relationships, and contribute to company growth. This is a field sales opportunity based out of a home office with a minimum of 50% travel around the State of Texas. Candidates must reside in the Houston, Dallas - Fort Worth, San Antonio, or Austin areas.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience selling to a wide range of clients.
  • Proven experience as a top performer, achieving and exceeding quotas.
  • Sharp sales acumen and very strong communication skills.
  • Willing and excited to travel.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Reside in the Houston, Dallas - Fort Worth, San Antonio, or Austin areas.
  • Experience leveraging a CRM such as Hubspot is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with PropTech and/or Property Management companies is a plus.
  • Experience leveraging a CRM such as Hubspot is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Generate lists of potential clients and manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to close.
  • Product Knowledge: Act as a subject matter expert in PlanOmatic’s products and services, staying up to speed on new product & feature rollouts. Educate potential clients on the value and impact that PlanOmatic can have on their business.
  • New Business: Sell in the field and conduct demos that show the value of our products and services. Focus on closing new business, hitting and exceeding quota.
  • Sales Operations: Leverage Hubspot and other sales tools to manage all sales activities.
  • Relationship Building: Build genuine relationships with property managers, understanding their needs to better develop products.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal partners such as Client Success, Operations, Marketing, and Product to sharpen sales approach and grow client base.
  • Client Centricity: Act as an advocate for the client, capturing feedback, observing, and understanding how the industry can leverage PlanOmatic. Act as a voice of the client internally, identifying areas of improvement and communicating feedback to teams.
  • Innovation & Workflow Automation: Advocate for making processes more streamlined and improving workflows.
  • Metric Centric Focus: Consistently track, analyze, and leverage key performance indicators to manage new business efforts and provide visibility into the sales pipeline.
